Our founder, Marylu Mukherjee, started Nobilis at the age of 59 to help young men and women who come to Dubai in search of job opportunities.
Many of our employees come to us with basic education, poor communication skills, having done only menial jobs. Our rigorous training program not only provides them with the required skills to be professional cleaning specialists but valuable life skills. They are taught proper communication etiquette, the importance of a strong work ethic and financial self sufficiency.
Our objective is to help them lead fruitful lives, contributing to society with dignity. All profits that the company generates are equitably distributed among the employees. By sharing in the profits of Nobilis, they are invested in the wellbeing of our customers.
